ALL courses will close on Saturday June 24th at 4:30 p.m.
Going the Distance: The 100 mile ride course closes at 4:30, which means riders will need to reach Custer/Chad Colley (60.5miles) by noon, to continue the 100 mile ride. Others will be need to follow the Metric 100 mile riders to the finish line.
Cancellation: The Clearinghouse Guild/True Grit Ride Committee reserves the right to alter or cancel any True Grit Ride event at the Guild’s discretion. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, security issues, construction, and/or accidents. No refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances for cancelled events. Cancellation decisions will be made as early as possible via the True Grit Ride 100 website.
Refund/Transfer: The Clearinghouse Guild/True Grit Ride Committee has a “No Refund or Transfer Policy.”
Inclement Weather: In the event of severe thunderstorms at start time, the start will be delayed up to one (1) hour. After one (1) hour rain delay, the event may be cancelled or shortened. Riders need to be mindful of the weather at all times and use discretion as it pertains to their personal safety, especially once the ride has begun.
